Covid-19 Practices + Procedures
Although government regulations and restrictions have been lifted, the following shop policies + procedures are in place to ensure comfort and safety during your shopping experience:
We are currently operating with reduced shop hours to allow for routine, deep-cleaning of the shop. High touch surfaces (doorknobs, cash-desk, etc) are routinely sanitized during open hours.
Masks are highly encouraged in the building/shop but not required. We can provide masks upon request.
Shop capacity limits may be implemented upon staff discretion. Please check the sign on the door to see if we are at capacity before you enter.
Hand sanitizer is available.
Please respect social distancing when possible from staff + fellow patrons
Fitting rooms are open but item limits may be in place if the shop is busy. Garments tried on are steamed before they make their way back to the sales racks.
We are not accepting walk-in consignment drop-offs for the time being. We ask both existing + prospective consignors to contact us ahead of time to discuss and schedule a drop-off appointment.
We are still accepting cash payments but also accept debit/credit/tap payments.
